Prayer at St. John’s

At St. John's School, we believe that prayer gives us strength, guidance, and a deeper connection with God. It is a meaningful part of our daily life and takes place each day either as a class or as a whole school community.

Every classroom has a dedicated prayer table, placed at the front so it is visible to all. These tables are treated with care and respect and reflect the liturgical season throughout the year.

Children are introduced to a range of prayers that they are encouraged to become familiar with by the end of the school year.

These prayers are available in class prayer booklets, which can also be used for personal prayer time.
