What a fantastic Sports Day we had earlier this week! The weather was warm, our spirits were high, and the field was alive with cheers, encouragement, and brilliant displays of teamwork. From the energetic races to the collaborative challenges, every child gave their best – not just for themselves, but for their teams. This year, we were so pleased to see so much teamwork – encouraging their friends to support one another, celebrate effort as well as achievement, and learn the value of perseverance and fair play. It was heartwarming to see children cheering on their classmates, offering a helping hand, and showing true sportsmanship throughout the day. We are so proud of all our pupils – whether they crossed the finish line first or simply gave it their all with a smile. They reminded us that teamwork really does make the dream work! A huge thank you to all the staff who helped organise the event, especially Mr Mawn and Mrs Avilez, and to all the parents and carers who came along to support and cheer. Your presence helped make the day extra special. We hope you enjoyed Sports Day as much as we did!
