Contractors visiting the school site must sign in on arrival and follow all safeguarding and health-and-safety procedures. Before beginning any work, contractors are shown the location of asbestos on site and are provided with access to the Asbestos Management Plan, Asbestos Register, floor plans, and the Asbestos Policy, either as paper copies or via the QR-code system.

All contractors must confirm that they have received this information and understand their responsibilities while working on the premises.
