Registration
Cohort Entry:
Children are admitted the term after their third birthday. Cohorts are determined by the child's date of birth:
| Born April-August | Start in September | Autumn Term |
| Born September-December | Start in January | Spring Term |
| Born January-March | Start in April | Summer Term |
Nursery Admission for April & September 2026:
- Applications are now open for the waiting list.
Application Guidelines:
- Send electronic applications to office.3350@st-johns-banbury.oxon.sch.uk
- Include supporting documents (e.g., baptismal certificates, birth certificate).
- Specify the sessions you need:
Option 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday AM,
Option 2: Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday.
5 Full days
We offer Breakfast Club and After School Club for children aged 3 in the nursery. Please note that these services are chargeable and cannot be covered by government-funded hours. More information on charges is available on our wraparound care page.
